Please
fill in the registration form and send it back either by regular mail,
email attachement or fax. The registration is complete when payment of applicable
conference fee is received on indicated conference account. In that
case, you will receive an email confirmation within seven days.
An official confirmation will be given at the conference.
In case of unattendance we will repay the conference fee until June 15, afterwards 50% of the payment will be returned.
